Eight of us attended this Adult Night Out and thankfully, I was the first person to arrive. I walked in and immediately noticed two things. 1. This was not a typical “sit down restaurant” and 2. It was really full. I approached the counter away from the line where you place your order and asked to speak to a manager. They were polite as I explained that we needed seating for a group of 10. I always over estimate, we’re larger than average people! After a few minutes of scrambling around, the staff managed to arrange a number of tables in a space big enough to accommodate us all and informed me that if I didn’t want my seats taken, I’d have to remain at the tables. There is no official “seating”. If there’s an open seat, you take it.
So, I waited until everyone arrived and then we proceeded back to the counter in pairs to order. The menu is pretty varied – I had a standard Western burger with BBQ and Bacon and an order of fries. The burger was large and the fries were fresh cut “fair” style, Yum!
Overall, it’s an interesting place to eat – I’d not recommend it if you’re wanting a sit down dining experience but it’s great for take out or lunch! I would equate this to Chipotle, only with burgers, not burritos! It isn’t fast food but it’s also not a full dining experience.
